How this page is built
- A single static page: no images, no forms, no scripts, no interactive controls.
- All text meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios; most of it meets AAA.
- Fully readable with JavaScript disabled, because it uses none.
- Text scales with browser zoom and respects the reduced-motion preference.
- No autoplaying media of any kind.
